Franz Pagot

Franz initially wonders how it is possible to communicate and share different types of passion. It doesn’t matter knowing what our passion is, the important thing is to go out in search of it. Action is what we need to set in motion our passion, to have the drive and pursue your dreams and desires; that way you can say “I did it with passion”. FRANZ PAGOT was born in Conegliano and studied at Liceo Classico at a time when pupils still had to translate from Greek to Latin. After working for several years in advertising and cinema, he moved to London, assisting on masterpieces such as Full Metal Jacket, before becoming a well-known and respected cinematographer, making numerous films and more than five hundred commercials. He has worked with such film legends as Peter O’Toole, Ray Winstone, Jude Law and Giancarlo Giannini. He is an esteemed painter and some of his works are on display at the Saatchi Art Collection.

He is a member of the prestigious BAFTA, the English equivalent of Oscar, and is a registered journalist in England, with war zone experience. He has won numerous awards and published several books.

He occasionally teaches in various schools and universities and he is in great demand as a communication speaker across the world. Married with two children, he lives between London and Italy. In June 2018, he received a Knighthood (Cavaliere al Merito dell’Ordine della Repubblica Italiana).
